Not only did Mr. Christopher do a poor job, but he also did not finish the job. He did the job on Sunday, and he was supposed to come back to fertilize my lawn, he never did. He did not trim the trees, and he cut only a portion of the grass. In addition, It left the shrubs untouched. Mr. Christopher has no integrity. He did not honor his words. I will not recommend him to anyone. From now on, I won't trust people's words anymore. Work order needs to be put in writing before I agree to work with anyone. I was not pleased and I was highly upset about the whole situation. I talked to him and he knows how I feel about his slappy job.
Description of Work: I have a 1.25 acres of land. I needed to have the front and a part of my backyard clean. The lawn was to be done, clean, and trim. I have a shrub next to my pool that I needed to be either trim or clean because it looks horrible. Upon our agreement, I paid Mr. Christopher $1700 to do the job for me. Mr. Christopher did not honor his words and gave me an unfinished job. Then, he told me that he will come back in the next two weeks to finish the job, but that would be a different job and I would have to pay him again.
