Joe Moore and his team are the only people I would trust on Long Island for a boiler installation and/or repair. They installed a new boiler last year and, since that time, other service people and laymen who have taken a glimpse at the boiler actually marvel at its craftsmanship. And obviously the boiler purrs like a cat and is extremely efficient. Through it all, Joe is one of the few people out there with integrity, honesty and punctuality and a great ability to communicate and educate. It's rare to find a company top notch in all areas.

Iv owned my home in Holbrook for over 40 years. I'm pretty handy but this was I have my league big-time I found joe from sayviill plumbing supply. I had gotten a number from them. At that point I felt totally at ease Iv tried many heating services over the years and quite frankly they suck Joe came couldn't have a more reliable man to tackle this huge job Joe and his crew came about 8:00am. Excellent service Very knowledgeable

Had an issue with my boiler and Joe from Moore Services was in my house within a couple of hours of me making an inquiry on Home Advisor. Joe was awesome. He walked me through the entire process, gave me tips on what to look for to avoid a bigger issue and gave me advice on small things I can do on my own to keep the boiler running at its best. He even followed up for days after to make sure everything was still working properly. Joe and Moore Services comes with my highest recommendation. I hope I never have to use anyone different for my heating or cooling needs.

Fast, honest service on a Sunday !

The rep was respectful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he was seeing, doing, and planned to do. I cannot stress enough how much I appreciated that transparency.

At approximately 8:00 pm in the evening I had oil but no heat or hot water. I went onto Home Advisor hoping to find someone to come the next morning. Within 2 minutes of hitting the send button Mr Moore contacted me. He said he would be here in 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. He was prompt, respectful, pleasant and reasonably priced. He quickly resolved the problem. I would highly recommend him.
