They came when they said they would, worked very fast and were very clean. We liked the outcome of what they actually pruned away and they did this well enough, to keep the tree alive in the process. We also, felt the price was good for the time they took doing this.

HE CAME, ESTIMATED THE JOB, AND WAS GREAT. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHER PEOPLE. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE TREES (ESPECIALLY KNOWING WHAT TO CUT DOWN). WHEN THE JOB WAS FINISHED EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP.

I FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE CAUTIOUS ABOUT THE CHEMICALS THEY WERE SPRAYING. THEY DID NOT EVEN WARN ME BEFORE SPRAYING, ESPECIALLY WHEN MY CHILDREN WERE RIGHT IN THE WAY.

THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO MY CALL. THEY TOOK CARE OF THE TREE RIGHT THEN. THE JOB WAS DONE WELL. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK THAT WAS DONE.

THE COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE BECAUSE THEY DID NOT RETURN THE NEXT DAY AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY DID NOT TRY TO RETURN MY CALLS.
