It didn’t work for me. She was supposed to do things like clean the refrigerator, the inside the stove. She was supposed to do a real deep cleaning. She had somebody with and I mean for 200 bucks, forget about it. I have somebody new who I did not get through you, I got through a friend, and she charges much less. None of my furniture was polished it was dusted. I have a lot of trinkets around that they didn’t even touch. I mean just take the rag and wipe them down not even spray them or anything, but I don’t even think that was done either. My kitchen, she was supposed to do the refrigerator and the inside of refrigerator she never touched it. I don’t think she ever looked at the oven. Which I don’t really hold her responsible for the oven, because I can do that just by pushing a knob on my stove so I don’t care about that. She didn’t really wash my floors with the proper things, and I had the proper things in the house and offered them to her and she said no that she did it with this stuff and it was good. For a top to bottom cleaner, I know I have a small house. I have a box ranch, a five-room box ranch, it’s not big and there was dust underneath my couch because I have hardwood floors. I just can’t explain. Whatever she did it was a minimal job. She was out of here in maybe two and half hours, maybe. For all the stuff, I had out it doesn’t take two and half hours. I thought the price was a little expensive, but I thought I was getting everything done. For what she did, had she did everything the way she was supposed to then it was worth it for me. I wouldn’t have her every week for $200 I tell you that much, but I mean it would have been worth it to me. To me unfortunately, I’m getting older and I can’t do the work I used to do and that’s why I called her and she was the first one I called as a matter of fact, and her prices were high to me. Her responsiveness was ok. She speaks Spanish and we speak English, but we understood each other when we talked. I didn’t go through the house and say you didn’t do this you didn’t do that. Her add said she would clean 2,000 to 2,200 sq. ft. and my house is very small. My house is 1,200 sq. ft. and so I said to her, I have a finished basement, and I said to her, I have such a small house that maybe you can go down to the basement, which is finished, and just dust the furniture down there because I have so little, I can’t do what others have. She got pissed off I know she did and she went downstairs and she came up and she didn’t say anything and then she said do you want to make this a regular thing, and I said well I have to really think about this and I said if I want you to do it I’ll get back to you which I never did. She called me and I told her that I wasn’t going to use a cleaning lady because I don’t like to hurt people’s feelings. She was good at responsiveness. She got right back to me. She was very nice. She was not nasty. I would tell people not to use them. It was her and somebody else, I guess one of her friends, but they were good. Describe what you’re going to do, even if there’s some things that you’re not going to do. Like she didn’t clean the windows. Where the girl who’s doing my house now, she doesn’t do the outside, but she does the inside and the ledges every week. I would just suggest that she takes a little more time and doesn’t try to get out of the house as fast as she can.

It went so well, that I hired them for bi-weekly cleaning

Not well. Difficulty scheduling. Very rarely on time. Broke a coffee table and never said anything. Cleaning so so. I'm not sure they are still in business. Tried calling and texting. No reply. Definitely would not hire them again.

They did a spectacular job cleaning my house. It sparkled from top to bottom when they were done. The only issue I had was when they changed their arrival time which wasn't bad for me, but for some one else it could have been an issue

I hired Elsy taking advantage of the Angie's List deep house cleaning deal. Elsy's crew came on time and spent hours cleaning my house. I was satisfied with the job they did and would hire her again.

It went very well while they were at my house I was getting laundry done. They started on the top floor got all my rooms dusted and vacuumed. They made sure they used the right cleaning products for my bathroom and my kitchen. They ask ahead of time what products I preffered. I am all about using different cleaning products for different things and they respected that and acted accordingly. They clean my house bi-weekly at times they come in while I am at work and till this day I am very happy to have them.

They’re very unreliable. They left me high and dry. They were late and then in the end, they didn’t show up at all and never called. If there was a problem with what I was paying or with my house, they never told me. They never discussed any problems with me. I had them for about 4 months or more. I got them from another company. They initially charged me $125 for the first cleaning and then $75 thereafter. The cleaning was okay. But they always had an excuse, they weren’t gonna come. They just drove me nuts, I don’t understand these people. The price was good.
