Hector provided superb service. Initially he came to my home to provide an estimate and during that time he addressed all of our questions and provided further education on various security cameras. He was patient, friendly, and professional. He offered a very fair estimate at the end of the assessment. We called him back a couple of weeks later and hired him to make the repair by running new lines. The installation was flawless and again he was professional and offered a lot of education on other equipment/technology that we had in our home. Far better than our previous service! We explained that we were going to upgrade a router and he offered on phone assistance with programming to make sure the camera's came up on our devices. A week later a different line was cut (by contractors), Hector sent out one of his service guys to assess the situation, identify the issue and make the repair. Also the service guy reprogrammed the new router. He was again kind over the phone and very fair with the price. He is truly a professional and I will hire him for future work...Don't waste your time with the rest...Hector is the BEST!!!

Hector knows his stuff. We're really happy we chose Dedicated A&V. Today, our electronic lives are really complicated. It's tricky getting it all to sync. He was quick to respond to questions and challenges as we worked through mastering our system. And when we had a problem, he was either on-site, on a call or communicating via email right away (even while he was on vacation).
In short - Hector and his team are great. And they're really nice which makes problem-solving so much easier.
