DEAN'S SPRINKLER SERVICE

After using Dean for a number of years. I had a problem that could not be executed. He recently performed a service where his staff left garbage in the controller and left the main control panel off the wall. After the service the system was not operational. After I called to complain telling him that full payment would not be made, he charged my wife's credit card which was on file for the service. He did so without permission. Anyone who would do this cannot be trusted.

We booked an appt to have a noise in the sprinkler system addressed as well as brown areas on the lawn for Wed between 2 and 4. At 430 the workers showed up to tell us that they cannot fix the issue that only Dean can fix the problem so they had to go back to the office and put a work order in for Dean. I called the next day to set up another appt and was told they are very busy and I and to wait till the followong week,, so we did. The following Wed our appt was between 12 and 2, At 330 Dean came with his worker and spent the first half hour sitting in his truck talking on the phone, when he finally got off he said he is only addressing the noise issue today not the brown spots on the front lawn issue (which required raising sprinkler heads) I told him that the appt was for everything, he said he wasnt doing it and Iexplained that this was the 2nd wed we have sat around waiting for him and that was not right. I told him that if he couldnt do everything we were scheduled for that he sould leave. He left in such a haste that he forgot his tools.. About a half hour later he came back to get them and tried to apologize. When my husband said dont worry about it, he said dont worry I am not.. Never use this guy he is a total low life with no respect for anyone elses time but his own. He needs to learn how to treat his customers right..

Went well.  They were on time and knew exactly what they were doing.

A few days before the job was done, Michael came to my house and went through all the heads in all the zones to see how they were all working. He then gave me an estimate at no charge for the work that needed to be done. I had many dry spots where water wasn't reaching in addition to a zone that wasn't working at all. He came up with a plan to solve my problems which included moving 3 heads to better locations, replacing 2 misters with one rotary that would give me better coverage and raising a head above some foliage that had grown taller. He then looked at every head in every zone making appropriate adjustments to give me more thorough coverage. Michael was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions that worked within my budget. He was polite, cheerful and professional. It was a joy working with him.

Everything went fine. The gentleman was very nice, pleasant, and did a good job.

I had a non-working sprinkler system and one sprinkler head which wouldn't turn. Two gentlemen arrived perfectly on time and got my system working again. They checked all the sprinkler heads for efficiency and replaced 2 of them. They were very courteous and thorough and did a fine job.

Fantastic. Dean himself came by and designed the sprinkler system with us. We have a long backyard with many gardens. He designed the sprinkler system in the winter, gave us an estimate, and then as soon as the ground thawed, Dean was able to finish the job in 2 days while sticking to his estimate.

They were good for a long time, but their work has seemed to be lacking in quality recently.

Everything has always gone well with this company. They are reliable and courteous. They are reliable and I would highly recommend them.
