 + -1 moreTheir price was great, compared to other people that I met but they were trying to sell me something that I did not need. Albert Cheetham is the owner of this company. For the work that I needed done the other people who had come in was trying to charge me triple. He had the best price for what I needed done and since then. He was willing to work with me and that I appreciated about him. After the work was done, there was something that was missed so I called him, he came in, checked it out, and fixed it. Another problem which I thought was a problem turned out not to be a problem and he did not charge me for that. His pricing was very good compared to other people. Quality wise I was very satisfied. He explained things to me all the time. He was punctual, if he said he was going to her at 7 he would be here at 7.
Description of Work: I had A&N Building Service. My house needed to be lifted, the door frame needed to be lifted and the framing underneath house was replaced. I had no first floor since it was all gutted out and that was repaired.
