When you have a business, you should return your phone calls and answer your messages.  If you are on vacation or are unable to perform the work, than at least set up your voicemail stating you are unavailable at the present time and suggest another time for the people to call you back.  If you can't answer your calls, then maybe you should have a receptionist or someone else handle the daily phone calls and setting up appointments.  
I will give a person a day or two to return my call, and if they don't, then I will go elsewhere, which is what we have done.

I called twice.  The first time they said they would get back to me.  They didn't,  so I called again. I provided my address, they said for sure they would be out over the weekend to give me an estimate. I never heard from them again.

They did a good job. I had 3 bids on the job, and they ranged widely, but I was happy and satisfied with the work that Greg's did.  They did a great job cleaning up. They came in and did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they did not damage anything. They were in and out, and I was happy. They were here when they said they would be, and they were gone when they should have been. We spoke to one of the sons of the owner and he was very professional, and he was good with the crew.

Obviously we did not choose this company to do the work.  This quote was $1000 more than any other quote without reason.

They cleaned up after they were done and I was very pleased with them.

The next day after I initially called Greg's, he came to estimate my tree removal. His price was extremely fair and even lower than most other estimates I received. He seemed honest and did not fast talk or try and sell me something I didn't need. I chose to go with him and he said he could do it the following day! The crew showed up on time and within 3 hours the entire tree was gone, all debris cleaned up with no damage to any structures or utility lines. I watched as they worked, they were very meticulous, careful, and professional. Highly efficient and skilled in what they do... I highly recommend Greg's Tree Service to anyone in need of tree care or removal. Seriously, don't bother calling anyone else or you will be wasting your time!
