 + -1 moreTroy was at my house within 45 minutes of me calling him. He was very professional and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do. I was very happy with the service and price. I'll definitely be using Maximum Extermination again if I ever run into a bee problem or any other pest problem in the future!

Owner Troy Swan showed up on time and ready to go. after a brief discussion of the bee problem he began to treat external entrance to nest with insecticide, then moved to the inside of the house, an attic crawl where he located the nest and applied more insecticide. the whole treatment was done in less than 40 mins. Troy finished by explaining what to expect over the next day or two and restated his commitment to return and retreat if necessary. (which was not) and my cost was lower than quoted price. I would call Maximum back if i have any (insect) problems in the future and can recommend them.. Keith

Description of Work: Flea extermination was performed inside my home. The company came on time and was very nice but we nded up with a bill $20 higher than the quote over the phone. It seems to have worked but my husband and I used store bought flea bomb as well did that about 2 weak later because we were not completely confident that the little spray can type product Maximum used was really going to work. Although he did state he would return and reapply at no additional charge within 90 days. We have no fleas so far as of 9/26/11.

Description of Work: I spoke with Troy Swan and made an appointment to have him take care of the ants that were invading my home. He arrived at the scheduled time, was very polite, congenial and professional. He explained the ant’s life cycle and then began to spray the whole area. What impressed me was his guarantee of relief from the problem for the rest of the year. If they should return and he would have to spray again, and there would be no additional charge. In his travel of my home, he brought to my attention the things he thought should be taken care of and gave advice on the most economical way to take care of them. What also impressed me was that his price was more competitive and less expensive than other exterminators. Something we can all appreciate, especially in this economy.

 + -1 moreMaximum Exterminating provides exceptional service. I call the owner, Troy Swan, and he gets right back. He explains what he will do, about the chemicals he uses, and what I need to do. I have recommended him to many people, including my son.
Description of Work: I use Maximum Exterminating for ant control. They spray and set traps. I use them once each year.
