Troy was at my house within 45 minutes of me calling him. He was very professional and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do. I was very happy with the service and price. I'll definitely be using Maximum Extermination again if I ever run into a bee problem or any other pest problem in the future!

I chose Maximum to support local business.
Owner Troy Swan showed up on time and ready to go. after a brief discussion of the bee problem
he began to treat external entrance to nest with insecticide, then moved to the inside of the house, an attic crawl where he located the nest and applied more insecticide. the whole treatment was done in less than 40 mins. Troy finished by explaining what to expect over the next day or two and restated his commitment to return and retreat if necessary. (which was not) and my cost was lower than quoted price.
I would call Maximum back if i have any (insect) problems in the future and can recommend them..
