Everyone involved was amazing. A full day at my house and it finally feels liveable in the backyard. Everything exceeded expectations.

The company was very good about getting back to me in a timely manner when I began our relationship. The owner, Matt, is very personable and has met with me a couple of times to discuss our needs and limited budget.  Up to this point I am very satisfied with his suggestions and with the crews that have come to our home.  All have been polite and considerate of our home and what is important to us.  There is considerable work that will be done over the next couple of months, so I will revisit the website later in the summer to update my review once we feel that there has truly been improvement to the visual appearance of our lawn, landscaping and plantings.  There is a great deal of work to be done and Matt has been great in keeping me informed of the process that will happen to get me to the result I am looking for. He also seems very amenable to listening to my concerns and answering my questions when I think something should be happening that isn't.   Just like everybody else, I want it all to happen "overnight" but do understand that it will take some time to get it looking like I want it to look.  After a couple of very nice but not very efficient dealings with two other companies, I am hoping that South Shore will be the company I stay with for years to come.  I wholeheartedly recommend Matt and his staff and am confident that I will finally get the exterior of my home to  the level that I am looking for within my limited budget.

They have been doing my landscaping for the last 10 years and I have never had any problems! The owner is always on site. They do a wonderful job. They are always good with following through with my requests. They are very thorough.
