I have been using Sir Oliver for decades. Wouldn't even think of trying another limo company. They are simply courteous, super reliable, have great vehicles, and their office staff is SO friendly and helpful. I now use them to take me to hospital appointments in the city. Not showing up on time is simply not an option. With Sir Oliver, I never worry for one moment. They are so helpful, and really care! A perfect combination.

Arrived 7 minutes early (this is usual). They pull into driveway and wait for you. Obeyed rules/laws....felt safe. Hold doors and handle suitcases. Polite Professional There are cheaper ways to go....put some things ARE indeed what you pay for....Sir Oliver is and has been tops in Suffolk for some time.

All the employees, both the drivers and office staff are exceptional. They are very professional and always very helpful. I have been using this company for many years and never once did I experience any problems, delays or issues. One trip I was coming back from California and my flight was delayed. The driver instead of picking me up at 4pm, had to pick me up at 12pm. During one of the phone conversations that I had with him, I mentioned that I wasn't feeling well and I had the chills. When I finally got in his car, he had brought a beautiful quilt from his own home for me to wrap myself up in. Another time when I had arranged with Sir Oliver to take my family into the city for a very important awards cermony for my son, I expressed a concern about my young grandson (2 years) not being in a car seat. He worked with us so that we were able to properly put the car seat in the limo and made sure that 5 hours later that same limo came back into the city to pick us up with the car seat still fastened in the same way we had orginially put it in. Sir Oliver helped to make a very special day for us even better.
