Provider showed up at the appointed date and time for an estimate. Ray was personable and seemed knowledgeable and professional. We discussed different lighting options, and he said that he would send a written estimate via e-mail. After waiting two weeks for the estimate, I contacted the provider via the company website. I received no response. I followed this up with a phone call, leaving a message. After waiting another week or so, I called again, leaving a message to please get back to me. I received no response to either of my phone messages. It is now the last week in February with no contact, so I am assuming that Rainman is not interested in the job. I am of the "three strikes and you're out" philosophy, so I won't be contacting this provider again. Very disappointing. NOTE: I would have given an "F" for the Responsiveness rating, but since the initial contact did go as scheduled, I thought the "D" was fair.
