Job was not completed. We will have to sue for $25,000 to have the job finished the proper way. Our foyer was left undone, there is no hand rail. There is no trim. The door is unfinished,not painted. The deck is not up to code and is dangerous. The proper bolts were not used to secure it to the house. The electrical work is not up to code. The heat does not work in our bedrooms.Copper piping was not used in some of the vital areas of plumbing work. The lower deck does not have steps. None of the windows lock. The contractor originally quoted the job at $120,000 and the price kept rising to finally $160,000. There were constant misunderstandings along the way.
