They were parts that I wanted to have levelled but they just did not level. (Best part) I mean it got done but there is not a better part. (Punctuality) Give them an A they were fine on that. I dont want to deal with them again.

They are average. Its about the some its the same guy that I do not want on my property that they keep sending back. (Pricing) Its about average. They were just average, Its nothing. (Quality) Average. (Punctuality) An A because I dont have a time.

(What stood out) The problem was that first year or so they were really good. Second year, one of their guys I've asked not to have here because he's arrogant, but they keep sending him here. (To improve) Better communication because the other factor being is I'm the only one that he generally response to. I have someone else in the household that has a fiscal disability and thats the limit of the disability. Just fiscal but he'll drop an email to him. He gets not response for them and we are both equal in this household. (Quality) B, because again the guy that I'm not- do not want here that keeps being sent here. He's on one of that stand up- you know where you stand up on the mowers and does tight turns that have actually dug into my lawn. (Punctuality) They are okay on that. Its a particular morning that they will show up I dont have a schedule for them so they are fine on that.
