+ -1 moreThere was a misunderstanding between the contractor and them. They wanted to do the entire job in one visit and that couldn't be done because of a misunderstanding between them and the contractor. They charge extra if they have to make a second trip and their price was high.
Description of Work: I used Northeast Fire Shield because I had a fire on August 4, 2010. In order to make the house more fireproof we had all the woodwork in the house treated with their material so in the event of another fire, things would burn more slowly.
