Absolutely fantastic job by Noble (Dalton B.) - arrived on time with text notice, friendly/personable service, carpets and tile bathroom floors went from "aged-looking" to brand new - so totally impressed by the professional service and quality of job - would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional carpet/tile cleaning - could not ask for a better experience from start to finish !!!!

Had a dark grey sectional couch and white wool rug steam cleaned. Both are approximately 2-3 years old. Major improvement in both, but the dark-stain spots in the rug now look worse after the cleaning, and there are white spots within the dark-stained areas that look like they could have been from the stain remover?? I am planning on contacting the company to ask about this. Otherwise, they were punctual and pretty quick. The guys who did the cleaning were very polite and professional.

The technicians were very polite and courteous. They did put a lot of effort into the job but the results were a bit questionable. They tried to get out some stubborn carpet stains without success and if not for me standing around them to ask them to clean certain areas they would have been neglected. I was not by them when they cleaned my kitchen floor tile and as a result the area under my kitchen table was completely ignored after I had asked them repeatedly to move large light objects and they said they would. I am able to move the table by myself quite easily. The 2 techs would have had no problem moving this table to get the whole floor clean. As for the carpet stains they told that without knowing what caused the stains they would not know what chemicals to use to get the stains out. Overall, very nice people who gave me plenty of time but the results were not as I had hoped.

Noble carpet care - Jake and his assistant were professional and made all my white carpets look new. All stains out. Quite pleased.
