About us

New Dimensions has an ongoing safety program that includes random drug screening of our employees. We conduct weekly meetings to cover issues related to job site and personal safety. In addition to safety awareness, management takes this opportunity to keep our field personnel informed in matters concerning updated construction schedules and other issues regarding active projects. Open communication and teamwork between management and field personnel plays a significant role in our success. Another key to the consistent success of New Dimensions is all work will receive my personal attention. A construction manager will personally provide jobsite management, construction scheduling, and continuous communication with all customers and sub contractors. This company is the absolute worst home improvement business I've ever had the horror of dealing with. Basically ruined my home and took 6 months to do it. Was told 6-8 weeks. 4 months later and after 4 unsuccessful attempts at fixing the terrible tile work. We finally just wanted them out of our home. They charged top dollar and unfortunately we paid it because we had good experiences with Winton in the past. But, those experiences weren't interior renovations. It was roofing and framing. This job consisted of remodeling of kitchen, bathrooms, tile work, wood flooring, window replacement and wood finishing. They ripped our entire house apart leaving us to live in our basement for 6 months. They trashed our front lawn to start off and as they did the inferior work inside they damaged appliances and just did a horrible level of quality in workmanship. Anywhere they could cut corners, they did. In the process the incompetence of their non English speaking workers were basically learning as they went on to perform nightmarish work. They had to rip out tile they incorrectly installed 4 times before we finally just settled for the crap they called the finished product. 2 months later I now have tiles in kitchen that are coming loose under our feet and the grout is literally falling apart. Beware! Total rip-off!!! Never again will I let Winton and New Demensions near my home. Total Nightmare!!!

Horrible. Their prices was thousands above all others and the quality of the work and the materials were inferior to Home Depot. All they wanted was payment and before my last payment abandoned the job with a punch list longer than the original list.

At the beginning, this company was great.   As time went one, the work was sloppy, not on time, did not work consistantly.  Prices were way high compared to other companies (which I found out after the fact).  I paid $ 80,000.00 over the going rate for my project.  Work and materials were horrible quality.  He puts you on a payment plan, and once the last payment is recieved, his job is done, even though the work is not done.  Hostile boss who confronts you and is rude.  Punch list never completed.  Hits you for extras and extras after ripping you off.  Worst construction company I have ever dealt with.

In the beginning we were very happy with the work being performed but not long after realized that our subcontractors were not getting paid by our general contractor so they stopped showing up; one even threatened a mechanic's lien on our home. We have been living without AC, heat, running water, and partial electricity for nine months. We tried to discuss the issue at hand only to be dismissed. We were forced to bring our complaint to Suffolk County Consumer Affairs, The Better Business Bureau, and the Suffolk Count District Attorney's office. As previously stated, Winton has already been found guilty of five different contractual violations. I would not recommend anyone doing business with an unlicensed contractor or someone working under another person's license. He is not responsible, reliable, or trustworthy. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation - do not do business with New Dimensions or Winton Ingraham.
Response from New Dimensions
"Customer is incorrect with the information she has indicated on this Angie’s List review of New Dimensions HR. First she failed to mention that she was a former employee of our office. She was given a position in the office since she lost her job and was able to get the proper funding for the home remodeling. (Agreement made prior to working in the office) As for the violation filed with the Suffolk County Consumer Affairs are those The ustomer Family filed. Our attorney has been actively addressing issues with the family directly. We have several satisfied customers and are listed in excellent standing with BBB."
