I hired Marra Electric to upgrade my panel from 150 to 200 and install an EV Charger. Dan provided a broken down estimate and went over what to expect from the job. The installation went smoothly and Dan stopped by to check in and make sure we were satisfied with the work. I will definitely have Marra electric back for future projects.

Kevin and Joe arrived right on time, and were great from the start. They went above and beyond to ensure that the new installed recessed lighting would be put in with the least ceiling cuts possible. They took the extra time and care to not only do this, but everything else they did demonstrated how meticulous and detailed they continued to be throughout the whole job. From meeting Dan to go over the job for an estimate to the job completion - Marra Electric was awesome with competitive pricing and great quality work! I would definitely hire them again.

Today, Marra Electric installed of a manual transfer switch to enable a full house (10 circuits) emergency backup using my 6500W portable generator. The estimate quoted by Marra was the lowest of three that I had, and the equipment installed is the highest quality. That said, the only thing better was the crew's knowledge, experience, and workmanship that was demonstrated throughout the job. The crew was generous to answer my questions and to advise with dos-and-don’ts. When the work was completed, as a test, and for my benefit, the crew and I performed a thorough hands-on, transfer of power from the grid to the generator and back again. For this homeowner, the entire experience was outstanding. Many thanks to Marra Electric, who have my full recommendation.

Change fixtures, outlets, switches and gfi

These guys are very clear on the scope of work and very careful and methodical in installation. They also coordinate very well with other trades working on the job. His price is reasonable. He will also tell you what the limitations and possible complications of the job. Never once did he or his crew fail to answer any questions and also sought customer input or clarification. Every time I look at the work they did, I'm proud to say Marra Electric is my electrical contractor.

This light has been giving me trouble for years. I had it replaced so many times. Its a very dark side to my home and the light was needed to walk to the backyard. Since its been replaced its like daylight has dawned each time it is activated. What a relief and what a great light they installed. I would rehire in a second. A job well done!

Dan, the owner came within an hour on a Sunday. His price was very reasonable with only a small uplift for coming out on a Sunday. The work was done quickly and professionally and Dan even checked out the rest of my breakers as well as the feed coming into my house. He rewired what had to be done, high hats, outside lighting, exhaust fans, all outlets and put up my Blown Glass Chandelier. My mother used him for her generator and other small things. 1st electrician to find problem.had 3 out. Somebody moved an outlet didnt hook it back up. He was very thorough and more than fair on price

Dan responded to my request for an estimate very promptly. The service was scheduled and completed very quickly. Dan and Kevin arrived on time, and it was obvious they had an extensive knowledge of electrical systems. very pleasant and professional. would highly recommend.

Initial repairs were made quickly and easily. Charged for a 1 hour service call and tech completed tasks and offered good advice. He placed call to owner to discuss additional work. Was supposed to get an email estimate for additional repairs that are needed. Unfortunately, I still have received it and have not been called to set up time to return to perform repairs.

MARRA ELECTRIC was the first to call me mins after I contacted them from Angie's list, on a rainy Sunday. I talked to Danny who tried to get an idea of what was happening and to see if it was a simple over the phone fix. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Danny came on time and was able to fix the issue quickly. He was professional and knowledgable, I would definitely use MARRA ELECTRIC again. The price for the service visit was very reasonable, I am very satisfied with the experience.

I contacted Marra to get an estimate on replacing or repairing an over-the-sink kitchen light fixture. Sight unseen, he gave me an estimate with an Angie’s discount. ($175 labor & parts with a 10% discount.) Kevin & Tanner arrived early - will wonders never cease! – and looked over the job. They explained to me that they thought it was the ballast, would try that first and then, if that wasn’t the problem, would replace the unit. He left to get the part, returned & replaced it without replacing the whole fixture. His price was exactly as quoted. This was all done in an hour. I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend Kevin and Tanner at Marra Electric to anyone looking for a good, reliable, no-nonsense, quality electricians.

The GFI circuit breaker in the entrance panel tripped. They reset it and tested the affected circuits. I had a high hat ceiling light that had not worked for years. It had been looked at before, but the company wanted to replace all five of the fixtures. Kevin took it apart in minutes and bypassed the heat sensor override. Now all 5 ceiling lights work and I didn't have to buy new, smaller fixtures and replace the ceiling sheet rock.

Danny was great when he came for the estimate, really took the time to look around and assess the work to be done. Day of appt, when the guys showed up they didn't want to install the extra outlet included in the work order and price, gave my husband a bit of an attitude. They also had to run a line through the wall from the electric box to the bathroom outlet. I understand it wasn't an easy job however, they drilled a hole into my wood floor without mentioning it and did a terrible job of patching it. My husband thought it was a piece of cardboard and bent down to pick it up and the guy was mad when he had to re-patch it. it looks terrible. They also capped off the electric line to the main out let in the room where my adjustable bed plugs in and had to come back to fix it which was fine because I had concerns about the fans rattling. which turns out was normal. They had left a lot of expensive cable behind and wanted to remove that from the house before doing anything else. It felt like they were poking fun at me because I complained about the main outlet being capped off. made a remark like Oh, yeah we have to make sure we can plug the bed in. I have a bad back and need that adjustable bed to sleep comfortably. anyway, was satisfied with the work and response time of coming back. just didn't like the attitude and that they ruined a spot on my floor. response to SP 4/19/19 I reviewed this company and the owner LIED in his response to me. No one apologized about my floor and no one offered to repair it. I never even mentioned it to him. Why would I not have accepted the offer to have damage repaired that was caused by a contractor? Ridiculous. Plus, he seems very proud of himself that he came back and fixed an issued that wasn't done properly in the first place. You give an estimate, you do the work and do it right and not complain that it had to be fixed at no charge.

Everything went Great , came in a timely fashion , did great work and I will definitely be using them again and referring them to my friends ! Danny is a outstanding guy ?
