I do not remember the exact date that I used the services of Kitchen Masters but it was in 2010.  At first I went to the showroom and was quite impressed with the presentation provided.  I found the office workers to be polite and professional.  I worked with Tim who seemed to know a great deal about refacing cabinets.  After discussing possibilities, I decided to reface and replace my cabinet doors in wood.  The installers came and I did not have a comfortable feeling while they were doing the job.  Afterwards, I noticed a lot of issues that required Kitchen Master to order additional laminate material and redo parts of my kitchen.  I specifically requested not to send the same installers -  which must have fallen on deaf ears because the same guys showed up.  The sink I ordered had to be connected and they sent a plumber to do the job.  We had to call back the plumber because the hot was cold, and the cold was hot.  The granite was installed and there was a seam about five inches from my sink area where it butted up with the countertop granite.  I called them back because I did not like the look of it.  Note:  I had them replace an existing granite top so I knew what one looked like.  Tim brought the owner of the company for the granite, and between the two of them I realized that this was the way it was going to be.  I had so much aggravation already, that I accepted it.  It is important to that phone calls were not returned in a timely manner, or returned at all.  It was definitely my responsibility to make contact.
It is now almost five years later and the doors are peeling, the seams on the cabinets are showing and curling on some of the edges.  There are only two of us, so the cabinets are not abused by toys, etc.  I placed a call to Kitchen Masters three weeks ago to inquire about the warrantee.  They promised that someone would call me back.  I'm still waiting.
I am now having the cabinets refaced again - this time by Kitchen Magic.  I was shocked when I saw this company listed on Angie's list.  I felt I had to state something - after all by the time I am done I will have paid close to $20K for refaced cabinets.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT AND DID THEIR BEST NOT TO MAKE SUCH A HUGE MESS. MY NEW CABINETS LOOK GREAT AND ITS ALMOST LIKE I HAVE A NEW BATHROOM. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, IF WE DECIDE TO REMODEL ANOTHER ROOM.

I WENT TO THE SHOWROOM TO CHOOSE WHAT I WANTED,A SALESMAN WAS SENT WHO DREW A DIAGRAM OF THE NEW KITCHEN. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT,THE WORKERS WERE ALWAYS EARLY AND DID THE JOB IN 7 DAYS.
