I didn't know how much fun learning about roofs would be until I met Antonio. From the very first moment he arrived (right on time), he was warm, personable, and knowledgeable. He put us at ease throughout the inspection, which I didn’t experience with other companies. He took his time (never made us feel rushed) to go over everything—even pointing things out that we didn't think about—and answered our questions with confidence and professionalism. Even after his role was complete as an inspector, he still openly communicated with me during the project. Very impressed and appreciative of that! [Update] Anton was a great help and communicator when the job was ongoing. He took the time to explain any concerns about the roof's integrity and what needed to be done to ensure our roof was done correctly, to reduce the risk of issues in the future. He even took the time to walk around with me after completion. Him and the crew did an awesome job!

this place SUCKS Chase from king came to the house spent 15 min here telling me the whole time how amazing they are and dropping names and jobs they did .. told me 3 days ago ill have an estmate in 2 days, then calls me on day 3 to tell me ill have it at 6pm, then tells me ill call you on day 4 to go over it .. bro i dont need you to call me to go over it i need you to actually email and send it so i can review it then tells me how amazing they are and they stand for quality and service this clown does nothing but believe the garbage he spits... oh also called the office to get a follow up and they dont even know he was here to do an estimate, in fact 15 min after he left they called to sched an estimate.. this is a joke and circus of an organization .. bait and switch we need to talk to you before we give you a price .. what kind of BS is that .. stay away and stay far away from that clown chase.

I contacted for multiple services with this company. Sales agent openly tells me we are not the cheapest. So i expect quality service and good customer service. I can assure you that is not the case. The roof was installed. Sale agent will go on and on how they don't outsource. The truck that came slapped a magnetic sticker over their sign in my driveway (see pic). It's prety obvious. Ok roof is done. In contract they are suppose to install a wall unit AC i purchased ont own. Wasn't completed on the roof installation on 02/28 and still isn't installed. I have to wait for a magical man named "Manny" to install it. He has not come, contacted me or anything. Matter of fact no one returns my calls or will provide an installation date so this AC sits on my floor just waiting. I have called at least 6 to 8 times been promised call backs with confirmed dates and not one date has been confirmed. Day 1 the outsource company also measured my shutters. Obviously those measurements are lost and were never communicated to king quality. The company asked to me provide measurements. To be clear i hired them so i do not have to climb on a roof yet somehow this is my responsibility. I provided them and king quality claims they were on back order then came in but they ordered the wrong size. Yeah ok. What a joke. But the worse part is the outsource worker took off a shutter, measured it and then left the shutter crooked and just drove away (see pic). Day 2 they came and installed the shutters. When the outsource company left they ripped my mailbox off (see pic) and only came back when i called to complain. To date i have 1400 of contacted work that is not complete. I already had to make my first loan payment. This place is a joke. Look elsewhere. They have absolutely no integrity and are in breach of contract. There are many more companies out there that honor commitments. Buyer be ware.

Very pleased King Quality honors their warranty even after many years since initial install.

King Quality was a wonderful company and we appreciated all of the beautiful work done to our house. We met Mark at our estimate appointment and we felt very comfortable with this company. Great price and quality products with an even better warranty! There was a good crew and very happy with the work! Many compliments!

It went bad. The sales person was trying to convince me to replace windows and siding and told me how bad the nieghbors house looked, who just had work done. He was also looking for things in other areas of my house when I told him I just wanted the rear roof done. He was loud , I honestly think he wanted my niegjbors to hear him. He had this red laser light and went around my house pointing out things that he proclaimed where problems. He should have stuck to what I wanted done instead of trying to turn this into a remodeling job. He even made comments about the inside of my house when I invited him in. He was hungry to get a deal and told me I could give him a $100 deposit and he would take the job. He reminded me on 3 occasions of how busy the company was, as if he was doing me a favor. Last but not least, his quoted price was astronomical. And didn't provide me with a proposal sheet, just a large figure he quoted verbally.

King Quality's verbal estimate to replace the flat roof was $5,900. The two other estimates I received were less than $3,000 for the same work. I asked all 3 companies for a written estimate of the scope of work, materials and price. King Quality was here on 5/17 and has not provided the written estimate/scope of work and I don't ever expect that they ever will. The two other companies provided me with a written estimate within a day of their visit to my house. When I asked why the price was so high, the salesman provided no rationale explanation . Instead, he tried to show me pictures of awards and accolades. Well, awards and accolades did not woo this potential customer and their obvious inflated pricing and failure to provide written documentation of what they say you will do, should be a big red flag for other potential customers.

Be careful with king quality. They outsource their jobs. I had windows done because i liked the fact they offered best vinyl replacement windows. Problem is the person who sells you promises you everything to get the sale. Then the crew comes in and half of them dont know what they are doing. The cut my floor joists, installed new doors with no support on the header, and above all my windows leaked. Three different crews were sent to my house and each one was worse then the previous. After all this their "customer service" said told me she thinks its best if we just part ways. Please stay away from king quality. Its a joke of a company

excellent, the workers were on time and the cleanup was great

The crew showed up at about 6:45 AM they started immediately covering the shrubs around the perimeter of the house and began rip the old roof off. The dumpster was delivered early and by 4:00 pm it was getting dark and the job was nearly complete. They cleaned most of front yard before it got dark. The following day the crew returned as early as the day before and finished the job and cleaned the back yard and also went back over the front yard using blowers and a magnet roller to pick up the nails. The job was completed before 11:30 am. A bonus was that. what ever leaves that were left in the yard were also removed with the clean up, We were not expecting that. They left the job site completely clean and the dumpster was picked up about a day later.

I had multiple leaks in a roof that was done 5 years ago. When I purchased the house, the owner told me the roof was recently done. However, upon inspection by multiple roofers we were told it was done improperly and needed to be replaced. After getting a few quotes, we went with King Quality based on their reputation and their warranty. The roof was ripped and done within the same day. The next day all the gutters were replaced. Not only does the roof look absolutely beautiful, but I have no more leaks! We met with Jeff for the quote and he was wonderful. He helped us realize that it was more cost effective to replace the roof entirely, than to just patch the areas. The office staff was wonderful as well in terms of getting everything together! One main incentive was their program to finance the roof for 5 years at 0% with $0 down!!!

When the gentleman arrived he spent the entire time telling me why I shouldn't hire other companies and nothing about why I should hire King Quality, other than because he said so. After he gave me a verbal quote, I requested a breakdown in writing. It's been five months and I have not received the written quote. Glad I decided to go with another company.

An employee came to give us an estimate, and told us that the installer would be finalizing the contract with us. We waited a week for someone to call us back, but no one ever did. We called back three times to try to get the process moving. Each time we were told that they were so sorry, and that someone would call us back "shortly", but no one did.?When we finally did set up a time so sign the contract (try #4) the guy never showed up. We called the office, and were told that he was running late, but would be there. He never showed up, and he never called us. We gave it one last attempt yesterday. I spoke with the contractor, and he apologized up and down, saying that he had a dinner he couldn't get out of, and promised to get to us by 8:00 last night. Needless to say, he never showed, and he never called. It's obvious this company does not value customer loyalty. I realize that this was not a high-end job, but their website specifically states that no job is too big or too small. We even asked them if they did not want to take the job, but they insisted that they did. I am frustrated and annoyed by their total lack of professionalism, and now regret the number of chances I gave them. We will never use this company again, and would not recommend them to anyone.?

They will not honor their lifetime warranty on the windows that was offered and adverttised at the time I had them replaced.
