JFA did a great job !!! I was unsure of where to go and the reviews for JFA on Google convinced me that this was the place !!! And I made a good choice !!! Very professional ....

I originally brought the car in just to have the timing belt changed. I was told that there were other problems that needed to be remedied. I agreed on the belts and hoses since they were original and my car was 10 years old. The only problem I had was that I was asked if they could keep the car overnight to which I agreed, but they had the car for over four days.

My daughters car was due for inspection. she went in by herself and was treated well. no problems were reported.

I was not happy with the service. They did not do A class a job. There was still obvious damage to a rear quarter panel. I had no problem getting the car in for the repairs but I would not recommend the company to others.

It turned out very well. They have great quality of service. No difficulties getting the car in for service. They deliver what they promise to deliver.

Everything went well. Everyone was really nice. I've been taking cars there for about five or six years. They are always upfront about scheduling. John is great to work with.

I’ve had several cars done there, and always have been happy with them. They work with you and make sure to stay within your budget. John is always very friendly and helpful. He has great suggestions. I've never had any problems getting the car in when I need to.

John at JFA is the best.  I've used him for years and never had a problem.

JFA Auto did an excellent repair on my 2003 Camry. They contacted the other parties insurance co. when additional damage was discovered during repair. Friendly professional service, answering all questions and concerns. I picked up my car that was beautifully cleaned and polished. I definitely recommend JFA for any auto repair.

John was helpful in trying to keep my cost down and the work was performed in a timely manner.

Their service was excellent from when I first walked in to get an estimate.  My car had been hit in the parking lot of my work place, by a work vehicle.  They paid for it out of pocket, but I needed multiple estimates.  When I walked into JFA Auto, the owner, John, was very nice.  I told him what happened,and he knew that I had to get multiple quotes for my job.  He lowered the quote to between the first 2 (one was $900, and that didn't include the loaner they said I needed for 3 days, and one was $750, he was just going to prepaint the bumper and bolt it on, but to do the job properly, they need to color match to your car, so there was a possibility of it not matching) I dropped off the car first thing Wednesday morning.  Woman at the front desk was very friendly, polite and helpful. Enterprise picked me up.  I was expecting to pick up my car Thursday afternoon, but I had told them that I definitely needed it by Friday because I was going away.  5pm that evening (very same day) John called me and said my car was ready.  They painted it early this morning, and got the bumper into bake for 4 hours.  The color looks perfect, which is very important because my car is a 1 year old lease.  When I walked in to pick it up, John had remembered me from 3 weeks before when I first got my estimate.  He even remembered what my husband did for a living.  I chose JFA Auto because of the 4 other reviews on Angie's List.  I'm really happy I went with them.  They are very personable, professional and accommodating.

Very happy.  All the work they performed went very well. My car looks great. So glad I took it to them and now it looks like new again. I figured while it was there for body work I got everything done.

JFA Auto made complete repairs to the vehicle. I honestly didn't think it was even repairable. After receiving my car back - It was perfect. JFA did an excellent job in the time frame they had promised. The girls in the office were extremely helpful in coordinating my  rental car and handling the insurance company's  paperwork for me. I would highly recommend them in the future.
