Nice people but did not do a thorough job.

Showed up on time/ called before coming. Did professional job , polite/ and did job in record time. They took pictures of job Ijcouldn t see(roof) etc. competitive price. Highly recommend.

I hired Marc to clean my chimney and install a sleeve, they did not clean the chimney before installing the sleeve, the installation of the sleeve was performed by the laborer because journeyman would not go on the roof, I called Marc about the problem, they came out on 5/12/20, there is a smell of suet in my house, now my wife and my dogs are getting sick, now they want to jackhammer bricks on the house, I do not think they know what they are doing

I was very pleased with the service. Andrew did an excellent job but it was a bit more $$ than I planned on paying. However, I would use in the future because of the expertise.

We had a technician come to our house on 3/17. He said the remote box was melted. He replaced the box and the remote starter. It started but I said I would leave it on and call him on his cell, which he gave me if it turned off. It turned off and I called him. He wouldn't come back and agreed to come back on Monday at 9 AM. Later my husband called him (HIS NAME IS MIKE) to reschedule for 8 AM. He screamed at my husband and hung up on him. He called a left a message that he would be here at 8 Monday. By 9, he didn't show up. My husband called him and he wouldn't talk to him. Our friend called him and he said to our friend: stop calling me!. We called the owner and was really, really angry. We wanted our money back and Mike fired. Owner said he would and said he would bring our money on Friday. My husband said don't sent that Mike. On Friday, Sean came and gave us a check and Mike was in the van and started yelling at my husband again. My husband called the owner again and said 'I thought you were firing him' and the owner said he needed to find a replacement. The bottom line is: DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF THEY SEND THIS MIKE PERSON. Stuart Chase.

Horrible service. They still could not fix the burning plastic smell coming from fireplace. I have a fireplace that I still cannot use for 3 year.

Very bad experience from missing the first appointment to the misdiagnosis and over charging on the quote for the misdiagnosis. behavior was unprofessional because the tech was complaining the entire time about how he hates to repair gas fireplaces.

This people are useless. They do not do job as per code. They do not come on time. Keeps asking for more money while working. Also uses improper language while working that makes uncomfortable for other people around them. I will never recommend this people. Also I will not even do business with him for free.

I would give this company 5 stars except for the fact that it took 3 appointment cancellations before they were finally able to inspect the problems. In all fairness, the weather was frigid so jobs took longer than expected & I live out on the North Fork so the trip was longer than most customers. Once they came & inspected the firplace, the initial problem became multiple problems! Murphy's Law follows me around! Parts had to be ordered but I was able to use the fireplace in the meantime. I would recommend this company for the very nice people they are & for the quality of the work done.

They are not bad- just not happy with the way they run the business as they called at last minute to change the appointment.

Mark and his son Brandon were very helpful and friendly and the tech, Mike, who serviced my gas fireplace was also very knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely hire them again if needed and recommend them.

They responded right away. There were two issues with the gas fireplace and they had it repaired in about 40 minutes. I would certainly recommend them.
