"Good Afternoon, I came to your home in December of 2014. That is 3 years and 2 months ago. Your problem was that you had a plastic smell in your chimney from your porcelain log set. All I did was replace your log set for nearly my cost of $700. At the time of installation it was suggested that you have the log set cleaned and maintained so you do not damage the logs that were installed. I have not heard back from you since. To me that says that it was a job well done. If you like please call and I would be more than happy to come out and do a cleaning."
