My tub drain, always very SLOW, was suddenly almost completely blocked. No amount of vigorous plunging on my part had any effect on the blockage, other than stirring up some horrible gunk from the drain. I phoned Ed of Five Aces Plumbing and he was here that same afternoon. He got right to work first trying to clear it in the bathroom but then heading down to the basement to work from below. After a lot of hard work, the drain was clear. For the first time in more than forty years water rushed out of the tub producing a BIG whirlpool. Lots of plumbers had worked on this tub over the years and always told me that the slow drainage was just fine. Now I know why. It was hard work to clear this drain. I'm grateful to Ed for being willing to do the job right. And he cleaned up after himself, too. He is terrific.

"We apologize to customer if we didn't get back to them. We had thought we had rectified issue. We cleaned system as recommended by manufacturer and was work correctly at time of last service. This is the first time we had heard any issue again. If customer contacts us we would be happy to possibly reimburse them for the service call from other company!"
