Very please with workmanship and price. Came did estimate and gave price, set up date they arrived and did a fantastic job. They insulated my whole attic. They did not have hi hat covers and returned 2 days later and installed.

The salesman never showed up for a scheduled estimate. After that, he only wanted to reschedule at his convenience. Despite having set a new time, he called at the last minute on another date, and came to my home while my wife was preparing to go to work. This guy also had a bad habit of calling early in the morning such as today's call at 7:45 a.m., waking my wife who had worked late the night before. The sales guy didn't bother telling the workers what needed to be done at my home, and they were extremely confused about what was needed. In fact, the lead worker told me the "cellulose" insulation is made from newspaper. I then asked him to leave because that's not what my contract called for... nor is it safe. A real fire hazard. I called to speak to the owner, but was put in touch with an area manager named Dave. Clearly the salesperson's behavior was a bit knuckleheaded, and not the best representation of the company. When I stated this to Dave, he yelled at me. I calmly and politely told him that I would not be speaking with him like that, and thanked him for his call. He retaliated by pulling another set of workers off the job. When I called Dave again to find out what was going on, he screamed at me, talked over me, and raged that he doesn't "need to deal with this s&!+ for a $300 job." It wasn't a $300 job, it was double that... and it was repeat business. Folks, I tried, I really tried. But the owner of this company clearly thinks customers need him more than he needs us. Needless to say, it's the last time I'll ever go to Delfino Insulation or any of its other branches on Long Island.

no fuss no muss. estimate over the phone without seeing the job and stuck to the price. three guys showed up promptly at 9, taped all windows doors and heating unit. they answered all the questions I had and within two hours job was finished. they cleaned up before they left. just a real clean job.

Delfino did an excellent job on our project. The price was very reasonable, the quality was great, overall I'm very happy.

It went well, especially considering the cold temperatures.

The work has to be redone and they have been very helpful. They are very honest. They accidentally broke a pipe, paid for it, and had it fixed right away for me. They were more than cooperative.

Good job despite difficult circumstances.

They were very good to work with and I was very impressed with the quality of their work. The salesman I worked with was Fred and he was great. They did the work very efficiently as they came in with the proper equipment to get the job done. They were very professional and I thought the price was very competitive.
