Complete Kitchen and Bath Design

I have had an ongoing problem for the past year (they have been back to fix it at least 4 times) & neither Joe nor Joey will take responsibility that the job was done incorrectly. Even one of the people they had come to repair a section of the floor said it was not done properly. They are now saying the company is closed & it is a new company now. Amazing how you can close a business & start a new one with the same people and not warrantee your work! This was a lot of money & we are more than Very Disappointed!

all ripped apart for 2 weeks. he decided to go away called complete kitchen and bath. joe the owner made excuses for him and when he came back rob and his father in law put all my kitchen cabinets in wrong. so had to take it down and put it back right. finally joe sent other contractors and rob didn't come back to finish the job. besides the fact of not finishing he also stole some stuff from my house. 4 years later my tiles in my kitchen all started to move all the grout came out called the sent somebody else to fix it. and 2 months later the same problem. I would not hire them again and anybody reading run the other way. they are not professional at all. they do a crappy job. not happy at all

Sales person excellent, tile was like amateur and they wound up firing him. They took 2 chunks out of my tub and painted over it and didn't tell us. A lot of scratches. Had to redo section of floor, missing granite slab for 2 days held up job.
