THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND LEFT SOOT EVERYWHERE. IT WAS A HUGE MESS. THEY GOT IN THE CHIMNEY TO CLEAN IT AND THEN TRIED TO TELL US WE NEED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF WORK. MY HUSBAND THREW THEM OUT!

I THOUGHT HE DID A GOOD JOB. THERE WAS NOT A HUGE MESS. WHEN HE WAS FINISHED HE JUST CLEANED UP THE ASHES AND HIS THINGS AND LEFT. HE WAS VERY NICE AND VERY QUICK.

THE WORK APPEARED TO BE GOOD, BUT I JUST REALLY WONDER IF I REALLY NEEDED WHAT THEY SAID NEEDED TO BE DONE. MY KIDS THINK I DID NOT NEED IT AND THOUGHT THAT I WAS OVER CHARGED.
