I am lead to believe that all other rating are 100% fake. and the company is fake and fooling Angi. $295 and they did nothing. They don't call back. When trying to call them they do NOT answer. Never came to the property and stated they will contact us to let us know when they will be coming. never got that call. and check my security cameras and never saw them on video. i have posted proof of deposit and proof that i was told they will inform me when they were coming , but never came.

This company was excellent! I used them to survey a commercial property for my new business. Very competitive pricing, super quick turnaround and the online portal to track status was a huge comfort during the process. Team was professional and courteous. I have used many other survey companies in the past when I was practicing Real Estate law, and won’t even look at any competitors if I have to get another survey in the future! Top notch!
