Great service, saved me money and headache. Now I feel comfortable with my burner when winter hits.

Dan answered the phone on the first call, came out a few days later and evaluated the fireplace and chimney.  He recommended we install a new damper, which is what we thought was the problem too.  He provided pictures of new doors that complimented the room.  He called a few days later to schedule the installation.  We had to delay a few days due to other work being done or he would have finished within a week of the first call.  Even with our delay, the job was finished 10 days after he evaluated the job.  We are thrilled with the look of the new doors and within hours we could feel the room was warmer than we've had in years on a cool November night.  We are very happy with the job done and would use him again.

the owners arrived on time..were very professional..and are honest..after inspecting the chimney, they explained exactly what needed to be done and did it for the agreed price.

Went very well.  I am very pleased with the level and quality of service.  The chase top looks great, and I will definitely call them again for any other chimney needs.  Dan and his crew were a recommendation from a neighbor.  They came 3 separate times.  The first for the estimate.  They were definitely the best value including a full lifetime warranty on the parts and labor.  The second was to measure the chase for an exact fit, and the last was to install everything.  Total time took about 2 hours, and they even painted the trim around the chase to hide the rust stains from the white trim.  Dan and his crew were very honest and professional.  A+.

Arrived at 3pm. Told my wife he would arrive after 12. Not 100% specific but I can see how in this field it may not be possible to give an exact time. Their white van was spotless and clearly marked. They also had a vanity plate on the van! These alone tell me dan, the owner, cares about his business. He let me know about two minor issues which matched what he recommended last year, so I plan on having those fixed soon. There is a hole in the concrete and he recommended a bluestone cap in the chimney slant to prevent water leaks. Repair doesn't seem too pricey so I'm happy about that. House was built in the 60s so not too bad.
