Tom did a great job, once again. He fixed what someone else should have, and that caused additional problems and expense for me. The repair was a big job, time consuming, and needed special parts that had to be ordered. Special tools were also needed. A small discount was given, and the car now runs great. I now live a bit further away from toms, but will not use anybody else.

I HAVE USED TOMS FOR YEARS. ALWAYS FINDS PROBLEM AND FIXES IT FIRST TIME AROUND. CALL BACKS ON PROGRESS OF REPAIRS ARE ALWAYS GIVEN AS WELL AS APPROX PRICE BEFOR WORK BEGINS. NEVER HAD TO GO BACK TO HIM TO RE-DO SOMETHING OVER AGAIN. DONE RIGHT FIRST TIME WHICK IS THE WAY WE ALL WANT IT.
