Therm-a-trol was recommended to me by a relative and I was very pleased with their responsiveness and customer service.  They installed the condenser and air handler using the existing ductwork, and added a new duct in an area that previously had none.  The installation went smoothly.  They also have a good price on the yearly service contract.  I would definitely recommend them!

I did not watch exactly what they did but; They arrived promptly when they said they would. Immediately they unloaded the truck in an orderly manner on my driveway with all the tools they would need laid out in an organized fashion. One of the individuals located gas shutoff vavles and circuit breakers to shut down the electrical connections. While one was organizing the tools and the other locating switches, the third individual placed plastic sheeting over the carpeting. 2 1/2 hours later the old 50 year old furnace was out and the new one operational. They tested the system, showed me where the filters went , what size to use, and where the shutoff switch (which the old furnace did not have) they installed, was located. If it was not for the owners manual in my hand I would not have known they were ever here. The work area was clean as was my driveway and the old unit was removed from the premises.
