Great job closing pool. I was called back in 1 day to schedule appointment. I received a confirmation call 1 day prior to pool closing. Michelle and Gina were very courteous. Jimmy and George winterized the pool. They were professional and did a great job! This business is also called Suffolk County Swimming Pools.

Horrible! Do not use this pool service! They break your equipment and than say you need to replace it. They are untrustworthy and I would never hire them again. All they want to do is replace everything you have just to make a buck. If you dare hire them I would watch them the whole time. Be careful!

Warning! Please read before working with Henny Henden Pool service. I've used them for a number of my pool needs over the years, but I finally decided to cut the cord. Where to start... First, they broke my pool pump. They swear they didn't but it worked perfectly fine and broke the same day they were servicing my pool filter. They say it was just a coincidence, but I should have known better. Second, last summer they did weekly pool service, but I stopped that after they always left a mess and added pool chemicals wrong, resulting in extra chemicals purchases [from them] the following week. This summer I ended up doing it myself for a fraction of the chemical cost. Lastly, I resigned myself to only using Henden for opening and closings, but it appears they can't do that either. I happened to bump in to their crew as they were closing my pool and saw that they didn't add the necessary closing chemicals [contrary to what the main office said they were supposed to do]. I'll probably have to paying extra to fix their mistake in the spring, however I wouldn't have known they didnt do what they were supposed to do if I hadn't spoken with the crew. Bottom line, they either do a bad job intentionally to generate extra fees or are just badly managed. Either way its safe to say I'm done with them. Oh, and they also dont call back when they say will but are quick to charge your credit card. Beware!

I wasn't satisfied with their first job they did and then he suggested doing something else which was the right thing to do. I was very happy with the end product and I was happy with them.
