Gary was very respectful, punctual, and left the area very clean when he was finished. Everything was running smooth after the work was completed. Gary is retired from National Grid very knowledgeable , and personable. He is a gentleman and took the time to explain my system to me. I will be using him from now on and will recommend him to friends. His prices were fair and he was on time. I would definitely recommend!

Very good quality on-time service. Service fee just for showing up is OK (although not explained in advance by either HomeAdvisor nor the service provider). Hourly rate was OK. Charging $135 for a $15 part was Not OK. This is why it s not 5 stars. Overall, I would probably use this service again, and it fixed the problem, but I recommend you get a quote before work begins.

"I did explain in detail to the customers wife of the fees I would like to know if anyone can find a dual cap and hard start for Less then $79 for the part I charge 135 for I thought that's a good value I am sorry he didn't."

Think they were great. Still had a small problem after first visit, but came back promptly and fixed the very next day with no problems. Only reason not a perfect five is the revisit, but good price and both guys were very knowledgeable.
