 + 2 moreHe's good and honest. We like him. He was very easy to talk to and he talked in layman's terms. He was quite reasonable. Once he started, he finished in a very timely manner. It was a little hard to get him started because of scheduling issues but I understood that. Once he started he did very well. His workmanship is quite good. He is capable of plumbing, electrical and building. He is basically remodeling. We've only used him for remodeling purposes. His price was fair and there were no surprises; it was what he said it would be. There were three separate jobs and there was a gap of six weeks or so between each one. I would absolutely use him again.
Description of Work: We used Al Schwegler Construction to sheetrock a whole room and paint it. He did repairs to a garage. It is an old historic house so it required doing old style work. He did a wood gutter system on the front.

 + -1 moreHe did an excellent job all the way around. He was very honest and very easy to deal with. He was responsive to what you want. He is not as easy to get in touch with him because he is busy. He is just good.
Description of Work: Al Schwegler Construction repaired and reroofed a garage; he repaired water damage from a leaking bathroom into a breakfast room.
