+ 0 moreCurtis was very professional and a really nice person. He was true to his word, arrived on time, gave valuable recommendations and was trustworthy. When I ordered a mirror and lighting, he saw if it was going to work or not and told me it wasn't and why. When i didn't care for the way he finished the edges of the railing, he fixed them right away. The tile work came out beautifully. He and his helper were efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: Remodeled a bathroom.

+ -1 moreSo glad I found Curtis Minor. He was responsive, professional, respectful, and did a beautiful job with the flooring needed under the banister spindles in the living room. Curtis also kept to the schedule, got the job done in a timely way, and cleaned up after the job. I plan to use him again.
Description of Work: I am getting flooring put in, and needed a Carpenter to replace the carpeting under the banister spindles in the living room/foyer area with hard wood flooring. Curtis removed the spindles, replaced the carpeting with beautiful hard wood flooring that he stained, and then replaced the spindles. Curtis also made sure the spindles were secured better - as a result, the banister/spindles are more sturdy/secure. The end result was beautiful.

+ 1 moreHe is absolutely excellent. I would highly recommend him. He services the Sullivan, Pennsylvania area. He is reliable and honest. He is very fair in his pricing. When he commits to a job, he get's it done completely. He gets it done earlier than the time frame he gives. The quality of workman ship stuck out to me. He is very knowledgeable in his craft. We were very satisfied. We have dealt with my contractors that are the opposite of him. We are happy that we found him.

+ -1 moreEverything was done perfectly. On contracting Curtis stated that on final inspectio, he will be there with me and if I am not satisfied, he will address. Everything was perfect. When Curtis states he will be there at 9:30. He is there at 9:30 . He is highly reliable, and professional. Way to go Curtis.............
Description of Work: What a great find for a contractor..Needed to get the house in shape to put it on the market. Curtis A Minor contracting was highly recommended by my neighbor on Lake Devenoge and also the real estate agency. Needed a lot of work done fast. Curtis stated that it would be done in a week and it was. I needed a new roof , skylights, (removal of old roof) on both the house and the garage. Top quality roofing materials and skylights were used. In addition, the house and garage was power washed and the decks stained. In addition some amazing work was done on the inside walls where I had settling cracks. Spackle and paint . Unbelievable. An inside closet was also redone. I sent Curtis a deposit and did not meet Curtis until after the work was started and 1/2 way done. We picked the color of the roof by email and color chart. All workmen, roofers, painters, and carpenters were extremely professional and left the workplace spotless, cleaned up and vacuumed. I would not hesitate to use Curtis in the future and highly recommend him. The house looks absolutely great.
