Excellent. Dawn returned my call the same day. She demonstrated great flexibility and helpfulness in offering an appointment that met my quick time frame. Paul and Jim were punctual, polite and professional. They got right to work assessing what needed to be done to have the system up and running. They were proactive at providing me with what they determined as they examined the system. They answered all of my questions in a helpful, informative manner. They were clearly very knowledgeable men. They repaired a leak and replaced a few rotary heads. They were very neat and picked up after themselves. They left the yard looking fine. The cost was very reasonable. Communication was excellent all the way around. Highest recommendation.

Clean up could have been better

They service a lot of the area.  I think it was a reasonable price for what they did. 

They showed up on time for the quote and for the actual work. The installation was done very professionally and neatly and bryan, the owner was there at all time. His crew was very professional and explained what they were going to do ahead of time.
I am very satisfied with the installation and the level of professionalism that Northern Irrigation showed throughout.

The quality of the work was excellent and completed in one day. Brian the owner of the company was on site for the entire instillation and answered any question that I had. Once the instillation was completed he took me through step by step showing me the location of the sprinkler heads making sure each one worked properly. He showed me how to make adjustments to the heads. He took me through the process of programing the system.

Installation was on-time, when asked to winterize they took a couple of weeks to come and as a result the bib froze and cracked.

We had Bryan and his crew put in our irrigation system. He was recommended by our landscaper. He arrived for the quote when he said he would, explained the pros and cons of where to put things, the different heads and benefits of each and the controllers. We selected what we wanted and made an appointment for installation.The crew showed up on time. They were very neat in their work doing only minimal damage to the lawn and quickly doing repairs to the sod. Normally he said they would put down topsoil and seed, but in our case we were getting lawn work done later, so we did not have that done. Our lawn is about an acre and we had about 3/4 of the yard covered (our choice in that we have to set up another water source in the back and will complete the back of the yard off that at a later date).
They had to go under a few sidewalks and the driveway - and they did a neat job. They were also neat about what they ate or drank, cleaning everything up. We did exchange vegetables and gardening tips.
They completed the job in about six hours. Bryan then showed me how the controller works, and how to open and clean the filter.
One very minor complaint - as they were cleaning up, they dumped a bunch of stones and sticks in my compost... oops. Otherwise the place was left better off for now having irrigation!
