Bad overall experience. Permits were requreid but not obtained and when the town stopped work, Oakleaf tried to charge us for the additnal materials needed to comply with codes. Trees were specified, selected and planted whcih truned out to be a poor selection for our location - they're subject to disease and don't do well in poorly draining soils. The lawn came in - looked great initially but by second year very poor. Due to a cheap blend of seed inapropriate for shady locales and so the lawn had to be re-seeded mulitple times with shade appropriate seed. Planting specimens died and were supposed to be udner warranty but never honored the warranty. We paid top dollar for what we thought was going to be a first class job - we were very disappointed.
