It went very well. Charles came and did a very professional assessment, gave me a thorough written estimate, and I had already gotten previous estimates so I knew what the significant issues were; the existence of 3 old layers of roofing and the sag in the roof. He said he could make it structurally sound and watertight with a steel roof that could be installed over the existing layers. Others had insisted on doing a tear off, which added a lot to the cost. Charles and his crew showed up on time, did all the work in one day (per the estimate), and I am very pleased with the results. The crew was polite, courteous, considerate and hard working.
