The contractor arrived on time with all supplies and ready to work. I have the deck disassembled with all reusable wood stacked according to size. The deck was leveled and reassembled within a couple of hours. My sons and I did assist the contractor which made the job move along and deceased the cost. The final touches will be completed soon.

I discovered that my home was in need of much repair and updating. Some projects were necessary to maintain structural and functional integrity, but some things I choose to do for comfort and looks. Overall I had an excellent experience. The contractor stayed within the budget as quoted. Before changes were made either in the project or with project materials, costs were discussed and agreed upon. All electrical and building inspections/permits were obtained and coordinated by the contractor and each project passed inspection the first time. Timing of projects could sometimes be delayed, however, these delays or changes were discussed and alternative schedules were agreed up. The structural repairs were always complete on time or early. Some of my upgrades were delayed due to either product availability or scheduling. I was fortunate as I was not in too much of a rush to complete some things and was able to work effectively with my contract to arrange agreeable completion times. This was very beneficial to me as I was somewhat limited in funding availability. Payment arrangements were always discussed and I was given ample time to gather the necessary resources to fund my projects. I did give a deposit to cover materials, however I was never asked for payments beyond work that was already completed. The workmanship of all of my projects goes beyond excellent. Contractor promptly rectified and/or repaired or changed any areas I was not please with - which was only two items (no added cost-based on the original plans and agreements). Both workers were always prompt, pleasant, courteous and respected my home and property. They cleaned up every day upon the complete of each day's work so I did not have to struggle with any messes. This contractor was not the cheapest quote, however, he came with high recommendations, is a local contractor and guarantees his work. The end result of my projects always exceeded my expectations and I feel I got a great value for my money.
