Detailed design,documents arrived from Lester and reflected good building pratices. Workman were polite and did the job well. Office staff were easy to contact and followed up on all of our requests. We have had a number of people come to look at it ...builders and potential clients of the company. Time frame got mixed up because of weather related problems interferring with the shipment. We delayed building until the following spring as a result. Overall very pleased with its appearance. Not inexpensive, but done right.
