Went very smoothly. The team arrived when expected and kept me fully informed as the job progressed, warned me before power was turned off, and labelled the new panel. The electrical inspector was very pleased and said it was quality work.

I am extremely pleased with the outside electrical outlet that was installed by the Valentine Electrical electricians. I called Valentine Electrical midday yesterday to inquire when would be the earliest I could have an outside electrical outlet installed. After a very brief hold, the receptionist replied, if I were available later in the afternoon, the electrical outlet could be installed. I was thrilled, she quoted me a price for the installation, which was reasonable and she scheduled the installation. An hour and a half after speaking with the receptionist, two electricians (Alberto and Frankie) arrived in a very impressive and attractive Company vehicle, which immediately was a sign of professionalism. They assessed what I wanted done, and in a relatively short time the outlet was installed. The outlet installation exceeds my expectations, Alberto and Franky are friendly, knowledgeable and clearly, two very skilled and very professional electricians. The receptionist I initially spoke with was friendly, helpful, informative and professional. I will not hesitate to use or recommend Valentine Electrical to family, friends or colleagues. Any service calls, if they come out, are included in the $299 per year. They do their work in a quality manner and if anything goes wrong, they will return at no charge and correct it.

The gentlemen came by. They did a very good job. They completed the job acceptably. I was a little taken back by the price, but they said the parts were very expensive. I believe them and they checked everything out and they said if I had any problems, they would come back and take care of it. They did everything correctly. We have had a couple of incidents where the outside sensor lights didn't come on. It seemed to be not something that had anything to do with the installation, but perhaps the item itself may not always be detecting. I would say 95% of the time it picks up moving objects. Any person or any item that's moving, the sensor light will go on. We haven't yet called them in case we had a possible problem. So, right now, we are fine with everything that has been done.
  The price was a little higher than I expected. They warned us up front that they used these LED sensor lights, which supposedly last a lot longer than your routine sensor lights. I believe them. They are expensive, but hopefully they will last. For a electrician company, not out of bounds. The work quality was good. They came when they were scheduled.

Such a pleasure to work with.  They scheduled my appointment the next day, called me that morning to confirm time of arrival.  Two electricians came out and were courteous, efficient, completed the work beautifully and cleaned up afterwards as well.  I'd definitely use them again.

tThe men came the day after I called, as promised. They were prompt, polite, and professional in every way. We had been having a recurring problem for months. Our gfi 's in 2 locations would frequently stop working for a period of weeks, and then mysteriously work again. I had other electricians replace the gfi's but the problem came back. Today the men who came finally diagnosed the problem. They traced the  line  and discovered it went thru an outdoor outlet that had a serious defect. It could have been dangerous. The problem was the the same in 2 places in our house. They replaced the defective outlets with appropriate outdoor outlets that also had gfi's.
I was completely satisfied, and recommend this company strongly.

From start to end, of the whole process, (phone call, return calls, visit to assess the work, mailing of estimate, follow up answers to questions, scheduling work, contact before arrival, prompt ontime arrival to work, work itself, explanation of work, professionalism of EVERYONE involved [great team effort]) I am 100% satisfied with Valentine Electric. They are personal and professional at the same time. Everyone cares. We don't have a lot of money to spend, but every penny that was spent here was spent well. I will always go to Valentine for any and all future electric work. I also asked them to give me an estimate on a whole house generator. They did. It is an expensive upgrade, and when the kids get out of college, this might be do-able. It will increase the value of the home, it's just a stretch for the budget now. But you can be assured, when the time comes, I will be calling Valentine Electric.
