I use them continually through the year, I'm on a plan. They come every quarter and I also have termite inspection with them. I had rodents protection, which was too expensive.

Terminix changes scheduled appointment dates without notifying the customer of the change. Rerminix changed their web site so the customer cannot changed appointment dates/times online any longer. You have to call their 800 number to make a change. The schedule is to be every 3 months, but they will automatically schedule the next appointment for 2.5 months.

On our first experience , we didn't have any problems . But after that it become horrible , we would have appointments and they would change the time and not show up and we called in and they told you that they had changed the appointment and with out notifing us at all .

I felt that they were deceptive in their advertising. The impression was of eradication, but there was no guarantee. You had to consistently renew the service every year. I didn't like these guys at all.

They did work at a location that wasn't occupied so I asked them to call ahead. They never called ahead so they did not have access to the inside of the house. The price, quality, and professionalism was terrible. I will not use them again in the future.

I like them because they come every three months. I have used them for two years. I had a mouse problem that they take care of for me. I thought it was going to be a one-time thing then I found out they come every three months. The salesman I had was really great. The thing I hate is that they schedule the service, so they usually schedule it when I am at work, however, I can go on-line and reschedule it to fit my schedule. They have been effective with their service. Their prices are reasonable. Overall my experience has been positive. They are not always punctual. They give you a window and one time they were a day late. They did call me though and let me know they were going to be there the next day due to the weather.

They do normal pest control and termites.  There was a termite problem here years and years ago but I have them come out every year and check just to be sure.  They spray outside and they check for mice inside.  I really like the guy who comes because he is personable and friendly.  I have had the same guy over the years so I am comfortable having him in my home and I know he does a good job.

The first year we ordered this service we had carpenter ants, and we needed a lot of coverage (they were inside the walls and outside). We weren't ever sure why, in cold central NY, they would come in the dead of winter (nothing is living here in the winter), but come they did, and for a yearly fee of about $368. We had them come for a second year, but the service simply got worse. We had to ask the rep, Dennis, I think, to come inside to check for mice (second time, still have mice). He did remove the carpenter bees from the carport, but there are still carpenter ants (now some have wings) and they are outside the house. I got a new bill for the new year, or I have the "option" of paying $99.36 for the June 10, 2007 visit (where he did not exterminate the ants, after all). I have to pay this, even though I called to cancel the service. I had no way of knowing that I would have had to call before June 10 to cancel the service and not have to pay this new $100 fee. But I could not learn this because they call (a computer actually calls and tells you when they're coming -- you don't get a human voice at all) -- after hours! I got a call at about 6:30 p.m. Friday (the 13th) telling me they were coming but was informed by the computer that their office hours were M-F 8 - 5 or something. I went out of town and didn't call to change the appt (they were only doing the exterior, so I didn't think there would be an issue). Bottom line: I still have ants, they charge a lot of money to "look" at the perimeter of the house, and they don't clearly communicate how you're billed from year to year. Further, they check your house (and bill you) in the dead of winter, when there are no bugs. I called and asked "Jamie" the person answering the phone why I was being billed and was told in no uncertain terms that I had to pay, or I should have canceled the service before June 10th, per my contract. I will pay the fee, but I am highly disappointed in the lack of concern for the client, and will let everyone know of this unfortunate experience.
