was in contact with someone for over a week making numerous phone calls and getting vet records before being told that we could not adopt a cat due to age and that there were no cats left due to a "valentines sale". got too much attitude and lost too much time.

Excellent. The staff was kind and caring. The animals were well cared for and happy. (As happy as any animal going to the veterinarian!)

We have been using them for years. They do pretty well, I think they are fine. 

Well, Blood work showed off the Chart ALK Phosphate reading, a Liver issue?! The estimate for Teeth Cleaning Estimate Rang is $658.00 to $1189.00, plus 4 possible extractions at $180.00 each, (no x-rays were taken). Plus unknown cost for Ultra-sound to check Liver.They want to put her under and do the teeth cleaning, inspite of the Liver issue. I'm going to get a second opinion.......

They had no appointments for Spaying until 07-15-15, (cost 172.00) after surgery my cat had a Seizure, they had no details,sent home without antibiotics. The incision was the worst I've ever seen. My cat developed a infection and became dehydraded. We went back in on 7-21-15. They treated her for dehydration and prescribed antibiotics, she has now recovered....

She's been taking care of her since she was a puppy and she's eight months old. She did all her shots and everything. We've actually been using them for about the last four years. They're close to us. They're very inexpensive, but they're also very, very good compared to the other veterinarians in the area. They're very caring and they keep their prices down. They didn't keep my pet overnight when I got her fixed, which is what I was looking for. I'd rather have her with me than leaving her someplace. They're very, very good. They also put down our 13-year-old Yorkie a couple of months ago, and they were the most compassionate people. That also cost like half of what other people were charging. It's kind of ridiculous what other veterinarians charge, and they don't need to. I would tell people to go there, unless they like to spend money.

He is wonderful and takes time with your animal. If you have questions, he will sit down and answer them. Takes his time and cares about your animal.

The trip went very well. The vet weighed my dog and examined the scabbed areas of her, which is why I brought her in. I expressed a few concerns that I had regarding her weight and eating habits, along with possible allergies. She referred me to what types of dog food I should be feeding her, along with various forms of flea control (the cause of the scabs). Overall, very happy.

Everyone is very nice, the price are very reasonable. they are big on preventative and it is a nonprofit. the facility is beautiful, they do a lot for cats. It is a no kill shelter.

Awesome place! After getting a ridiculously enormous quote from my regular vet to neuter my adopted male cat, I decided to look into alternatives. A friend of mine works at SPEAK, so I decided to call them. They required a short exam first, but it was only $35. The neutering was only $63 and I chose to pay an additional $45 for post-op IV.
I was so surprised at what a beautiful facility they have. It is very clean and everyone that works there is super friendly. I felt that they took great care of my cat and I will be taking him there for any future vet needs. The only down side is that they are very out of the way. I live on the south side of Binghamton, and it takes me a good 45 minutes to get there from my house, especially if you're avoiding Route 17 during construction. That's a long time with a howling cat in the car. However, it is well worth the trip.

I can highly recommend them. I use them on a pretty regular basis. The vets there are reasonable, they are excellent, and they are very caring. They are wonderful.

In three visits we have received excellent service and care for our dog. Friendly, professional and thorough.

I adore her and I've been going there for 15-20 years. She was the first vet and now they have 5, I've seen them all and adore them. It's a shelter and they are caring, helpful and have ideas outside the box. They have a good bedside manner with myself and my animals. I can't always get my vet but I can get someone there and the other vets I've used are superb. I don't get in for appointments immediately but I haven't had to wait a lengthy amount of time.

They are friendly. They dog a good job. My dog hasn't complained.

From our first visit for the puppy shots, tick medicine, parasite medicine, the entire experience was impressive.
We have never waited more than 5 minutes for our appointment after arrival. Staff is fast, compassionate, professional. I have never had a dog before who liked to go to the Vet. She was just there and she still likes going now that she is 9 months old.

I feel like I am there once a week. I have five cats and two dogs and I also am house sitting a mommy cat with three babies. They are unbelievable. They are very responsive and have always helped me out with all of my animals. The doctor showed up long after hours one night to treat one of my dogs that had gotten hit by a car. They are great. If they could operate on humans I would go there.
