I called three different times and I left three different messages with three different people. still have not gotten a call back very unprofessional

The crew showed up on time and were extremely professional throughout the process. They treated our belongings with care and were very pleasant, despite it being a brutally hot day. They worked like demons and very quickly had the house cleared and loaded. We had an additional challenge of moving some items to an apartment with the rest going to a storage unit and they were very careful to make sure they labeled which pieces/boxes/items were to go where—and everything was unloaded where it was supposed to be. My sincerest thanks to the Rogers team—from the initial conversations with Carrie and John, to our interactions with Patrick and his crew on move-day. Thank you, folks!

They packed and repacked items they thought would not be safe. They took longer than I anticipated but the driver said they usually send 3 people instead of the two. But they were very professional and were mindful of the wet day it was and put down covering on my beige carpet.

ESTIMATOR was on time with appointment and explainations were through and understandable. When unsure about some contract terms, recieved within 4 days, he was prompt in explaining them to my satisfaction.
Workers shower up with adquate equipment at the date and time arranged and completed the job in 8 hours.

.They are very unprofessional. They subcontract the work out and they probably don't really know what these people do and not do. If its a contract job with a company or something like that I hear they are pretty good but when your the just the little job you are not a priority to them at all. They finally picked up my stuff after three different times. It took 2 weeks to finally get my stuff from them. I called them and alls the manager could say was its lucky 13. In fact they ended up delivering my stuff in a budget rent a truck. I had to threaten to go to the department of transportation to just get my stuff from them. It was not a good experience I would never use them again. For a large move I hear they are fine but for a little move forgot it.

Rogers United did a great job with my recent move. The staff showed up on time, and were very professional, both in the packing, then the actual loading of the truck and unloading at my new place. The inventory sheets were clear and understandable, and everything arrived undamaged. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone considering a move.

The only difficulty I had was in initially contacting the office for the quote. Initial phone messages weren't returned, and it took some prodding to get the written estimate. But after the dates were agreed to and the contract was signed, everything went smoothly.

United Van Lines did good work moving but no in the follow up to moving. It took them awhile to give me a reasonable quote and I had trouble contacting the person who did the estimate. Overall, I was pleased with the work they did.

Their representative was very helpful, professional and easily answered all of our questions.

They were just fine, one very insignificant item broke and I didn't do anything about it. Courteous, pleasant, efficient

I talked to several movers. United was the most reassuring. As promised, they stuck to the agreed-up price based on their estimator's calculation from seeing my stuff (no surprises), and the goods stayed on one truck from my old doorstep to my new doorstep. The estimator/coordinator in Arizona was pleasant to work with. The men who boxed items in my old house were also pleasant and packaged things well. There were two pick-up stops and two drop-off stops because I moved home and work items together, and that went fairly smoothly. I met the van driver when loading the truck in Arizona, and had his phone number as he was driving cross-country -- always knew when the truck would arrive in Binghamton. Loading and unloading was careful, nothing was broken. The loaders/unloaders also laid down mats to keep floors clean in both houses. The United companies were Horizon moving in Tucson, and Rogers Services in Binghamton. The one glitch was that there was a slight overestimation as to how much could fit in the giant moving van (two households worth of stuff were already on board), so that 2 chairs and about 15 boxes could not fit and had to go in a separate shipment -- I got to pick which boxes. These were picked up the next day and stored by the local company until they had another truck going to New York. These few items arrived about a week after the main shipment. This *could* have been inconvenient, but these few extra boxes were stuff I don't use often, so it was pretty trivial. My employer paid the moving charges, which included lots of insurance, so a cheap price was not my primary objective. However, United was the most straightforward about pricing.

United was great to me. For some reason, I think they underestimated something but they did not try and charge my company more money which I thought was great. They are honest and they have integrity so that really impressed me a lot. I would highly recommend them to others moving within this area.

This moving company is so good. They did a great service for me with my rather large move. I would be happy to refer them to others in my area. I was really impressed with this national company.

THEY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND POLITE. THEY WERE VERY HARDWORKING PEOPLE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT DONE QUICKLY. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY.
