 + -1 moreHe never cut the trees down and did not show up on the day the trees were scheduled to be cut down. He did not return phone calls. When we called his phone we got either voicemail or a message stating that his voicemail box was full. I have a judgement against Pro-Tree from the City of Binghamton court in the amount of $340. He cashed his deposit check at the bank where the check was drawn off of. Either he didn't have a bank account or didn't want me to know where he does his banking. I would avoid him and the company alltogether.
Description of Work: I called Pro-Tree for an estimate to have some trees cut down on my property. Justin Smallze came up on 4/26/10 and gave us a very reasonable estimate. He asked for a 50% deposit which we gave him by check.
