He showed up right on time and got right to work. All seemed to go well.  It took him just about 3 hours to complete the project.   He was very flexible with the schedule as I had to change the time once or twice and he called to confirm the appointment the day before.  When he was done he showed me how to change the window to a screen and encouraged me to try the door a few times.  Very patient and friendly.  He didn't know he was going to be rated--he just happened to ask me at the end of the job how I got his name and I told him I got it from Angie's list.
This experience turned out well.

Very courteous and accommodating of my schedule.  Dave was kind enough to let me reschedule the appointment due to an unforeseen change in plans.  When I arrived home for the appointment he was already at the house.  I will be using his services again and recommend him.  I have other work that needs to be done and will have no hestitation about his work.

One half hour before the agreed upon time for him to arrive, he called to say he would be fifteen minutes late.  I appreciated this courtesy.  He was friendly and courteous and professional in manner.  The work was done carefully and well in a reasonable time frame and for a reasonable price.

I've always had good results with them, and will use them in the future. Dave Westfall has been courteous and cordial in all my conversations with him.
