After 2 weeks and no word, called him.  Phone always goes right to voicemail and never get a return call.  Electrolux likewise tried calling him.  No return call to them.  It's at 3 weeks now.  Still no calls back to Electrolux or myself.  Still his phone goes straight to voicemail.  Electrolux is dumping him as a service provider.  And is sending a different provider to service my machine.
If you have a choice on who to go to, not directed by warranty, do NOT go to Mark's County Appliance!!!  I have never seen anything like this.

My dishwasher started making strained noises and then began leaking all over my kitchen. This was clearly a problem! I have previously used another smaller appliance repair service, but after several attempts was unable to contact the company. I chose Marc's based off off the proximity to my home and good reviews. I made a call to Marc's left a message and a was welcomed with a prompt follow up call. He came inspected the situation and quoted me with a price higher then I liked, but after review felt was fair. I had to wait a day or two for the part to be picked up from out of town. Once the part was in the job was done in a jiffy and I'm happy to have clean dishes and a dry floor!

I had made a number of calls to various places attempting to find someone to possibly repair an old gas dryer. If the cost to repair was too much, I most likely would have gotten a new dryer. I left a message with Marc's and was called back within an hour. I discussed my concern about spending a lot of money for an old dryer. He informed me that the service call and repair would be $70 parts additional. He said that often a thermal sensor would fail. I asked him how much was that part and he said 30. Sounded very reasonable. We set up an appointment for 2 days and he said he would call at 8 on the morning of the appointment to set up the time. He called about 8:05 and we set up an appointment for noon. He showed up right on time. He found the problem (a bad thermal sensor) replaced the part and was done within 1/2 hour. Total cost 100 + tax.

The price was exceptional. The washer and dryer are in a tight area, and he was able to get both of them fixed. The washer has never worked better!
