I had my vehicle serviced and they said I needed new steering when I didn't. They are excellent any other time.

They stated that they are not allowed to noegation prices on used cars. It  was said to me and on the sale rep desk. But after I made an offer and walked out they did. I was told that the mini-van was clean and that it must not have been owned by a family. The sales man told me "you won't find a french fry in here." After they agreed to come down to my price point and I bought the car.When I test drove it the rugs were not in the car.After I bought it they were in placed and they were stained. When I opened all the cup holders I found a french fry.  I was asked to be prompted after work because sale rep had to be home at 6. My wife and three kids picked me up from work and we arrived at our agreed time of 4:45. and we had to wait. Once I had completed the paper work with sale manager,  the sale rep was outside smoking near my new car. We drove away and the gas tank only had 1/4 left of gas. They did the repairs that were needed after i bought my car. this was a good experience.  I found that the car pulled to right and they fixed this. The gas tank would not open and they fixed this too. The tire pressure light is on when I bought the car and suggest I take it to honda to get  it looked at. As Jack shemin was  not able repair it. They will cover the bil from Honda dealershipl. Small thing...I have gotten many emails reminding me to take my toyota only to Jack shermin for repairs and manitance. As they know a toyota best. I bought a honda. The price was right but  customer service matters to me more.

They do a good job. I have been using them for a number of years.

As usual, I was able to do a walk-in but they also take appointments. They always provided me with a ride to work and a pick up after work to return to the shop. When I went on my day off there were always refreshments, free wifi and plenty of places to sit. I bought my car from Jack Sherman and have had all of my service done there. I couldn't be more satisfied!

They are very friendly, a little expensive but always have the correct parts for our Toyota.

I think they are excellent. The experience was great, I was in and out really fast, I was surprised. They do sell cars as well there.
