Florists
Had carefully selected a particular style online. What was sent was nothing like what I ordered - not even close to the right color or the style I ordered. Flowers were also droopy like they were not fresh. And, there were these dead twig like things sticking out the top of one of the arrangements, which I think is highly innappropriate for a funeral. Contacted florist by email to give florist a chance to address matters - have yet to hear back - although I did get a confirmation message that flowers were delivered the day after the funeral to the funeral home - if so, that is pointless and does nothing to resolve outstanding issues.
