It took them two months to do the work. From the beginning of November to the end of December 2016. They did not show up for work for many days at a time. Left a dumpster in our driveway for a month. The ridge line of the new porch does not run level with the existing ridge line on the house. (see photo) and the roof leaks into our front door frame. They have been back five times to try to fix the leaking roof by PATCHING a BRAND NEW roof and each time it took us getting angry before they would respond. Other problems are an uneven railing, a loose railing, and a loose stone on the front skirting of the porch. The tongue and groove porch flooring is puckered up in the middle of the 18 foot length of the porch. I told Joe Dundon they have to replace the roof. After that argument Joe told me not to talk to him again and all my contact should go through one of his employees. On August 4th 2017 they delivered shingles to our house and on August 5th two of his employees worked on the roof to correct the ridge line of the new roof as "best they could". They left the top open, covered with plastic and said they'd finish it within the next week. It's now August 18th and the roof is still leaking through the front door frame and we have a plastic tarp nailed to our roof. I've tried contacting them several times since August 5th and my calls and messages have gone unanswered. We have shingles in our garage and Dundon's seems to have disappeared.
