 + -1 moreWe left messages with each other to set an appointment the following morning, but there was some confusion as where my street was; I believe he thought it was in a town other than Binghamton. I clarified the location with another message. I got a call from him in the morning before the appointment saying something to the effect that he doesn't do work in the city of Binghamton, if I heard him correctly. I didn't quite understand what he meant by that, since he'd not mentioned anything about where he does or doesn't work in the area. So there I was going out of my way to accommodate him, and not having this problem addressed before I had to go out of town.
Description of Work: I needed to have some water lines in my basement looked at, as they were ageing and developing some slow leaks at the joints.
